I CANNOT recommend Mindy enough, if I could shout from the rooftops, hire a plane with a banner behind it or rent a highway side billboard I would. A google review will have to do for now. Mindy helped me with the sale of my late Grandmother's house which was hard enough as is, compounded by the fact that I live abroad it was a really difficult time for me. Mindy left no stone unturned, she ensured I knew the process, presenting me all offers (over Facetime!) and even helped me pack boxes in the mad dash to empty the house. If she doubled her rates, it might actually be close to what she should be charging :) You can't go far wrong with Mindy's services :)
